Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days of purchase. During periods of high demand, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Heat Street Detroit is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Heat Street Detroit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of food products, all sales are generally final and we do not accept returns of opened or unopened food items.

However, we will gladly work with you if:

Your order arrives damaged
You receive the wrong product
There is a verified issue with your order

Reporting an Issue

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of any damaged products or packaging, if applicable

Refunds & Replacements

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

A replacement product
Store credit
A partial or full refund

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Product Quality & Taste

Our sauces are handcrafted in small batches using fresh ingredients. Flavor preferences are subjective, and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges based on personal taste preferences.
