Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This policy helps ensure the safety and quality of every product we sell.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Photos of the damaged product and shipping box (if applicable)
After reviewing your request, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
Please note that once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Heat Street Detroit cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for lost or stolen packages, although we will do our best to assist you.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified before they have been shipped. Once an order has been processed and handed to the shipping carrier, we are unable to cancel or make changes to it.

Delivery Times

Shipping Address Accuracy

Unopened bottles of Heat Street Detroit hot sauce can be stored in a cool, dry place for up to 14 months. Once opened, we recommend refrigerating your sauce and enjoying it within 12 months to maintain the best flavor, freshness, and quality.
The 313 Ingredients: Apple Cider Vinegar, Fresh Habanero Pepper, Honey, Lime Juice, Apple Juice (Apple Juice Concentrate), Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Dark Brown Sugar (SUGAR, MOLASSES), Garlic, Basil, Salt, and Olive Oil.
MoTown Ingredients: Red Jalapeño Ferment, Water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Light Brown Sugar, and Tomato Paste.
